Felicia Webb Executive Director

Raised in Washington, DC, Felicia experienced the challenges of poverty and limited support. Those experiences shaped her belief that every young person deserves opportunity, guidance, and a safe space to grow.

We teach budgeting, saving, credit, and investing to help participants develop healthy financial habits that lead to stability, independence, and generational wealth.

🎓 College & Career Readiness

Through college prep, career exploration, résumé building, and professional etiquette training, we prepare students to succeed in school, work, and leadership roles.

🚀 Entrepreneurship

Participants learn to turn ideas into scalable businesses through hands-on training, business planning, mentorship, and pitch opportunities. We develop creators, innovators, and community changemakers.

Meet the Team

Program Coordinator

Plans and facilitates YBFE workshops and programs. Ensures participants receive hands-on learning, mentorship, and guidance to achieve their goals.

Operations & Administrative Support Specialist

Manages day-to-day operations, program logistics, scheduling, and internal communications, ensuring YBFE runs efficiently and effectively.presence and expand its impact.

Community Engagement & Partnerships Manager

Cultivates relationships with schools, organizations, and sponsors. Leads outreach, collaborations, and volunteer engagement to expand YBFE’s reach and impact.
