The YBFE Power & Policy Lab is a youth leadership and civic engagement program designed to help young people understand their voice, recognize their power, and develop the skills to advocate for change in their communities.
Through interactive workshops, community exploration, storytelling, and hands-on advocacy activities, participants move from identifying who they are as leaders to understanding how they can influence the issues that matter to them.
Power & Policy Lab takes participants through a progressive leadership journey that connects personal identity, community awareness, advocacy, and collective action.
