These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Young Black Female Entrepreneurs, Inc. (“YBFE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including its webpages, online forms, resources, and other website content.

By accessing or using the YBFE website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Young Black Female Entrepreneurs, Inc. is a nonprofit organization organized under the laws of the State of Maryland and recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. YBFE BYLAWS 2026

YBFE provides youth and young-adult development programming and related educational, leadership, workforce-development, financial-literacy, entrepreneurship, and community-engagement opportunities.

Information presented on this website is intended to provide general information about YBFE, its mission, programs, events, opportunities, resources, and activities.

You may use the YBFE website for lawful, personal, educational, informational, and community-engagement purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to YBFE systems, accounts, forms, databases, or other technology;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• Submit knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use automated systems to improperly collect information from the website;
• Impersonate another person or organization; or
• Use YBFE content in a manner that infringes YBFE's or another party's rights.

YBFE may publish information regarding programs, cohorts, workshops, events, scholarships, stipends, micro-grants, volunteer opportunities, mentorship opportunities, partnerships, or other initiatives.

Submission of an interest form, inquiry, application, or registration does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, funding, participation, placement, or eligibility unless YBFE expressly states otherwise in writing.

Program requirements, schedules, locations, capacity, eligibility criteria, benefits, funding, and availability may change.

When additional program-specific agreements, consent forms, participant expectations, releases, or eligibility requirements apply, those requirements are separate from these Website Terms.

YBFE serves youth and young adults through various programs and activities.

Website access alone does not constitute enrollment in a YBFE program.

Participation by minors may require additional information, consent, authorization, releases, emergency-contact information, or signatures from a parent or legal guardian depending upon the particular program or activity.

YBFE may establish age requirements and other eligibility standards for individual programs.

YBFE may provide opportunities to make charitable contributions through its website or third-party donation platforms.

Donations are used to advance YBFE's charitable mission and programs, subject to applicable law and any restrictions accepted by YBFE.

YBFE is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisers regarding the deductibility or other tax treatment of individual contributions.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by YBFE, charitable contributions are generally nonrefundable.

Unless otherwise indicated, website content created or owned by YBFE—including text, graphics, logos, program descriptions, educational materials, photographs, videos, designs, downloadable resources, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to YBFE and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.

YBFE's website may also contain materials owned by third parties and used with permission or pursuant to applicable law.

You may view and use publicly available website materials for personal and informational purposes.

Unless YBFE provides written authorization, you may not reproduce, sell, republish, commercially distribute, modify, license, or represent YBFE-owned materials as your own.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws applicable to Young Black Female Entrepreneurs, Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
